Clear scope, agreed upfront.
Am I buying software access or a service?
A service delivered by Praxis using Product Builder. We carry out the agreed work and load it into Shopify. Praxis funds the processing. Access to the Product Builder engine is not included.
What do I need to provide?
A CSV or spreadsheet with manufacturer SKUs and rough product titles. Selling prices, costs and other business values must come from your sheet. We agree the product and variant counts before payment and confirm any other information needed for the batch.
What if facts or images are missing?
We flag missing facts or images. Product images must be available and authorised for use. We agree how to handle gaps rather than inventing information. Uncompleted items are refunded.
Are corrections and future updates included?
Corrections to our work are included. Future product updates, new shop configuration and wider-site SEO are separate. Full Product Intake includes SEO titles and meta descriptions for the products in the agreed batch.
How long does a batch take?
Delivery timing is agreed with you for each batch, based on the scope, product and variant counts, and available information.
Do I need Inventory Manager?
Product Builder services are separate from Inventory Manager. We will discuss your Shopify setup and requirements when agreeing the work.
How do payment and pricing work?
Choose one package per product, with a minimum of 10 products per selected service. We agree the scope and invoice before starting, then send payment details for upfront payment. No VAT is currently charged. There is no commitment to another batch, and making an enquiry takes no payment.
